Are Trinity Row apartments pet-friendly?

Yes! We’re a pet-friendly rental community that allows both cats and dogs! We permit two pets per apartment: 50 lbs. and under with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Dogs are subject to breed restrictions. Our monthly pet rent is $35 for one pet and $50 for two.

How do I pay my rent?

Trinity Row offers a convenient on-the-go service with our Resident Portal that allows you to complete many requests online, like rent payment and service requests. Additionally, checks can be delivered to the management office.

What kind of parking is available?

Trinity Row offers convenient nearby parking accommodations, and residents may apply for a neighborhood permit.

What unit types or floor plans do you offer?

You’ll find 1- and 2-bedroom floor plans at Trinity Row apartments in Philadelphia. 1-bedroom units are up to 890 sq ft, while 2-bedroom models are up to 860 sq ft. Select units include dens.

Do you offer any specials or discounts?

Yes! There is additional storage on site.

Is public transportation easily accessible from Trinity Row?

Yes, public transportation is extremely accessible. The community has easy access to key rail and bus lines, along with major regional highways. Trinity Row is near several SEPTA bus and subway lines, as well as easy access to the Schuylkill Expressway and Benjamin Franklin Parkway for commuting.
